Quality Control
As part of our on-going improvement initiative, we have put in place a stringent Quality Control system for all theatre cleans.
This involves one of our Quality Controllers attending site throughout the clean. Their role is to ensure that every surface is covered and that every surface is checked.
A full report sheet is filled in for each individual room whether clinical or non-clinical and a copy of the report is forwarded to the Theatre Manager for their signature and approval. This way there can be no fall down in service.
